Mélih provides personal matchmaking and guidance for adults seeking a serious relationship. Travel and immigration services are excluded. A relationship outcome is not guaranteed.

Application and packages

The questionnaire and personal review are free. Approval lets a man review his contract and annex, then pay through the integrated secure checkout and book the initial call. Matching starts after final admission. Women’s participation and interview remain free.

Standard: USD 150 · 3 calendar months · 4 guidance materials.
Premium: USD 215 · 6 calendar months · 6 materials and monthly written reviews.
Elite: USD 300 · 12 calendar months · 8 materials and written reviews every 15 days.

VAT exemption: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.

All packages include the same selection standard, personal advice and milestone calls. The complete inclusions and amount payable are shown before contract confirmation. The fixed term starts at signature; waits and pauses count within it. There is no automatic renewal or extension.

Contract and withdrawal

You receive a written contract and an annex describing the person sought. You make one payment through the integrated secure checkout after confirming your agreement. No payment is scheduled or collected automatically. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. You may withdraw from an online contract within 14 days of its conclusion using the withdrawal form or an unambiguous email to team@melihmatchmaker.com. Refunds due under statutory withdrawal are made without undue delay and within 14 days, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra cost. No early-start waiver is assumed.

Introductions, pauses and guarantees

One pending or active pairing at a time within the service. Each person can accept, decline or ask a question. WhatsApp and optional Facebook details are released only after both explicitly agree; email addresses are not shared with a match.

If final admission is refused after the initial paid call, the package is refunded in full. The separate guarantee covers a first mutually accepted connection within 90 days after admission, or a full refund.

Search pauses suspend searching and that guarantee for up to 180 cumulative days within the remaining fixed term. They never extend the contract end. Advice, included calls and applicable reviews continue until that end; rights under an already-started guarantee survive it. Send refund requests to team@melihmatchmaker.com with your contract reference.

Calls, cancellation and complaints

Cancel or reschedule a call in your account, or contact Mélih. After a missed call, Mélih follows up personally to arrange a new time, subject to availability and the remaining term. No automatic no-show fee or forfeiture applies.

Either party may terminate for a legitimate reason. This does not remove statutory withdrawal rights or an accrued refund right. Complaints: team@melihmatchmaker.com. French law applies without excluding mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence; the legally competent courts remain available.
